Chicago!

Al, me, Elie, Rizzo, Micheal, and Josiah at Elie's house

On March 25, Al, Micheal, Rizzo (all students in the school with me) and Josiah (not a student, a volunteer who works here) went to Chicago to see Elie (a girl who was a student in the last school). We had a blast! It was a long drive, but we got so much out of it, including real Chicago pizza! We saw a play that Elie's church was putting on. It was so professionally done! It was a modern day retelling of the Samaritan woman at the well, with Bible-times flashbacks. I cried three times, it was so moving. We girls (Rizzo and I) spent the night at Elie's house and got amazing french toast, which we bragged about to the guys (Al loves Elie's mom's french toast). They got some, too, so don't feel too badly for them. We had a nail=painting party and Micheal let his nails be painted...we almost died laughing. It was so great to see old friends.
